Job Description

Assistant Manager
•support with administrative and organisational tasks;
•updating the firm's various data base and systems (following user training);
•preparing, processing and reviewing documents and presentations;
•manage daily administrative tasks related to the management of the company;
•organize and document meetings;
•draft, revise and compile presentations;
•track and follow-up action items;
•manage the calendar and travel arrangements of the Managing Attorney;
•preparation and finalization of expense and fee reports, travel expense reports;
•comprehensive telephone, calendar and inbox management, travel management;
•comprehensive case and file management, database management (Advokat, WebERV, etc.);
•various administrative tasks
