- Excellent organization skils and ability to manage various projects with tight deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;

- Ideally, significant initial experience in coordinating product launches.
- Fluent in English.

Job Description
Coordinate product/brand launches:
- Own the process: Build the calendar of product and/or brand launch and ensure smooth coordination between the offer department and other involved departments such as Supply Chain and Operations..
- Drive success: Manage launch plans with precision, tracking progress, communicating updates, and staying ahead of potential risks or delays. Your proactive problem-solving will be essential to keep everything on track.
- Adapt & react: Anticipate challenges and quickly communicate changes, ensuring all departments are aligned and prepared for smooth execution.
Active involvement in key moments during omnichannel campaigns:
- Alerts category managers and other departments when risks arise and proposes solutions to achieve objectives.
- Provides feedback to department managers throughout the implementation of plans.
- After launches: analyzes the sales of new products or brands within the category and provides feedback to the teams involved.
