Job Description

Are you ready to take on a new challenge? LPP Romania is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us shape the future of our team!
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting job advertisements, CV selection, interview scheduling, candidate assessment, headhunting, and managing offers;
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs;
  • Actively source candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline;
  • Drive initiatives to increase candidate engagement, such as referral programs and recruitment marketing campaigns;
  • Plan and implement recruitment campaigns and career events with the other colleagues in the HR department and Employer Branding Specialist;
  • Maintain and update a candidate database to align with the company’s development goals;
  • Represent LPP Romania to potential candidates and promote our open roles.
