Ideal Candidate
1–2 years of experience in recruitment processes (Retail Store Manager experience is welcome);
A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for behavioral analysis;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting job advertisements, CV selection, interview scheduling, candidate assessment, headhunting, and managing offers;
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs;
- Actively source candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline;
- Drive initiatives to increase candidate engagement, such as referral programs and recruitment marketing campaigns;
- Plan and implement recruitment campaigns and career events with the other colleagues in the HR department and Employer Branding Specialist;
- Maintain and update a candidate database to align with the company’s development goals;
- Represent LPP Romania to potential candidates and promote our open roles.
