University graduate (Economic studies, represents an advantage);
Total working experience: 0.5-1 year
Previous experience in contact center or in a Shared Service Center would be a plus
SAP Know-how it’s a plus
Microsoft Office package – medium level
English and French - B1 level (intermediate)
