Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a responsible, flexible and communicative person to join our technical team in Bucharest as an IT Support Team Leader.


We want a Team Leader with:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level);
  • Experience in people management;
  • Availability for business travel;
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience;
  • Experience in working with KPI’s, SLA’s, dashboards, doing performance reviews for the team;
  • Negotiation skills, management, and monitoring of costs with vendors/suppliers;
  • French nice to have.

The main responsibilities are:
  • Coordinating the team of IT support technicians;
  • Recruiting, integrating and training of subordinates;
  • ​​Organizing meetings with team members to motivate and evaluate the activity;
  • Maintain the relationship with other departments and constant collaboration with the direct manager and customer representatives;
  • Supervising the observance and application of internal procedures.
