Ideal Candidate
We want a Team Leader with:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on a similar role;
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level);
- Experience in people management;
- Availability for business travel;
- Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience;
- Experience in working with KPI’s, SLA’s, dashboards, doing performance reviews for the team;
- Negotiation skills, management, and monitoring of costs with vendors/suppliers;
- French nice to have.
The main responsibilities are:
- Coordinating the team of IT support technicians;
- Recruiting, integrating and training of subordinates;
- Organizing meetings with team members to motivate and evaluate the activity;
- Maintain the relationship with other departments and constant collaboration with the direct manager and customer representatives;
- Supervising the observance and application of internal procedures.
