Requirements:
-Excellent level off English and another language, such as German and/or Spanish in speaking and writing;
-Data Entry and Informatic experience (MS Office, Internet search, ERP Systems, etc.);
-Experience in sales or purchasing would be an advantage;
-Good communication and negotiation skills;
-Technical or commercial understanding would be helpful;
-Self-motivated, take initiative, positive attitude, able to work independently but also have teamwork spirit.

Job Description
As support to our Sibiu team, we are looking for an office assistant for the commercial process on the following:
-Analyze inquiries received from our clients (via e-mail, portal, etc.);
-Search for requested products (by code, brand, description) and send price inquiries on the local and international market, to both existing and potential suppliers;
-Dealing with the customers and suppliers (negotiation, develop and maintain a good relationship);
-Follow up on requests and due dates in order to ensure in-time-quotations;
-Provide feedback to suppliers based on price, time and project final decision;
-Keep track of received quotations, analyze offers for data accuracy, technical specs, commercial terms and conditions;
-Add all related information correctly in the system: product creation/ updates, existing supplier updates, new supplier creation, RFQ/Project related documents, etc.
