Job Description

You will be responsible for managing operational human resources processes: hiring candidates, updating Oracle HCM and ADP systems, maintaining the relationship with the County Employment Agency (AJOFM), and preparing IT exemption files for new employees.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Managing the Oracle HCM human resources record-keeping system, Emerson's organizational chart by business units and departments, rights and access levels in the system, annual updates regarding data uploads, and requesting and testing new fields or reports;
* Generating individual employment contracts from the HR system, signing them, and collecting the necessary documents for the personnel file of new employees according to the hiring procedure;
* Sending job vacancies to the Employment Agency and confirming their filling by selected candidates;
* Verifying and submitting job placement proposals to colleagues in the HR team, according to the Classification of Occupations in Romania (COR), based on job descriptions and the candidate's studies with copies of academic records/diploma supplements, for received requests;
* Supporting the implementation of new projects and programs within the administrative human resources department;
* Correctly updating information in Oracle regarding employees, monitoring the quality of information in the systems and drafting update procedures;
* Preparing certificates requested by employees using HR information systems, copies of documents from the personnel file, and archiving documents related to carried out activities;
* Maintaining the relationship with state authorities and preparing official responses to authorities with assistance from the legal department;
* Resolving uncertainties and communication with employees regarding labor and payroll relations;

* Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office;
* Very good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to details;
* Proficiency in the English language;
* Problem-solving and organizational skills;
* Ability to work in a team, adapt to change and be flexible in approaching work tasks.
