Job Description
- Provide support to all Workday users through various channels (phone, chat, email.)
- Find and propose solutions for different topics related to Workday (internal move of staff/team, creation of management supervisory) in collaboration with the managers and HR BP.
- Collaborate with IS/IT colleagues to resolve anomalies related to the creation of Workday users (Michelin ID, email account, employee ID, etc.)
- Collaborate with next level of support to identify solutions to anomalies and/or data management difficulties and analyze possible requests for mass loading of new data into Workday.
- Open Snow tickets for any changes requested in Workday (new employees or change of role etc).
- Offer support to the managers/ HR BP by implementing the creation of new reports or offers alternatives, depending on needs.
- Participate proactively in future developments (testing new functions).
- Participate in meetings related to implementations, new versions, workshops related to Workday.
