Electrical / Mechanical Foreman - work abroad

• Coordinating teams of electricians/mechanics in the installation and assembly of photovoltaic panels;
• Overseeing daily team activities on-site to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards;
• Monitoring work progress and reporting to the project manager.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an electrical/mechanical foreman on industrial or civil construction projects (experience in photovoltaic projects is an advantage);
• Knowledge of English or German;
• Strong organizational and leadership skills;
• Availability for frequent travel to our sites abroad.
• Permanent residence in Romania. Employment will be with Conecon Romania.
