Candidatul Ideal
- Coordinating teams of electricians/mechanics in the installation and assembly of photovoltaic panels;
- Overseeing daily team activities on-site to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards;
- Monitoring work progress and reporting to the project manager.

Our project will start in 2025.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an electrical/mechanical foreman on industrial or civil construction projects (experience in photovoltaic projects is an advantage);
- Knowledge of English or German;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Availability for frequent travel to our sites abroad.
- Permanent residence in Romania. Employment will be with Conecon Romania.
- Accommodation and transport provided;
- Work medical insurance;
- Long-term stability and collaboration with a company with over 17 years of experience in the field.
