CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Requirements (must have):

• University degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, logistics/distribution, customer service, invoicing, or SAP.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Requirements (nice to have):

• Advanced SAP knowledge.
• Experience in working with modern trade accounts.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist ensures accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and correct invoicing while addressing customer inquiries and complaints. This role collaborates with sales, operations, and logistics teams to support the entire order-to-cash process and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring stock availability and delivery efficiency.
• Manage the return process for empties in collaboration with supply and transport teams.
• Generate and send invoices, and resolve invoicing issues.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries through the Customer Service Center.
• Maintain accurate customer and product master data in relevant systems.
• Monitor and report Customer Service KPIs.
