• Positive attitude, respect for guests, and teamwork-oriented mindset;
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas according to 5-star standards;
• Ensure all room amenities (linens, towels, toiletries) are in pristine condition and fully stocked;
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the technical department;
• Uphold a clean, orderly, and professional work environment;
• Collaborate effectively with the team to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
