Founded in 2017, initially known as "L'eclair by Maia Bakery" and rebranded in 2023 as "LaListe", our company aims to become the best pastry shop in Romania, focusing especially on Transylvania area.

We manufacture our eclairs, cakes, tarts and macarons using only natural, fresh and premium ingredients which are locally sourced or, when this is not possible, sourced from the highest quality vendors across Europe. All of these, together with an extremely passionate team, are contributing to the delivery of best in class products with a perfect texture, aesthetics and a very delicate taste.
