• Experience in the Tourism Industry at least 3 years: Demonstrated background in tourism-related work.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus.

• Analyzing competitors' product portfolio, capacity and prices and sharing with the central revenue team.
• Benchmarks - comparing products with ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈competitors for the Ro product.
• SPOC for TravelFuse, Aqua and OTA regarding integration and products.
• Providing information to the central revenue team regarding pricing, seasonality, capacity, room allocation, as well as inside market product.
• Renegotiation/updating the conditions with the product/revenue/trade departments within the Central Office, to maximize availability, offers, the best available rates.
• Builds a strong commercial relationship with the Ro office sales team as well as with the trade and revenue department of the Central Office.
• SPOC for sales channel regarding product and charter topics.
• Briefing the sales team in obtaining topics such as empty seats, underperforming hotels, periods or destinations.
• Active role in strengthening the product portfolio and charter capacities.
• Together with the central revenue team responsible for Charter load factor and profitability.
• Completes weekly and monthly reports (periodic/requested by line manager) and ensures accuracy of data provided to management.
• Identification of business opportunities.
• To participate in the specific trainings and to acquire and comply with the legislative provisions in the field of safety and health at work, in the field of fire protection and in the field of environmental protection (SSM, SU, PM) and their methodological rules of application.
• Participate in webinars, famtrip, infotrip.
• To immediately bring to the attention of the hierarchical superior any accident suffered by himself or by other participating persons.
• Responsible for the confidentiality of data related to sales figures, profit, competition studies, etc.
• It respects the provisions of the Internal Regulations of the Join Up RO SRL Company
• Performs all tasks ordered both verbally and in writing by the hierarchical superior.
