• Knowledge of warehouse process automation (automated inventory management systems, robotics, automation software)

• Knows the principles of operation of WMS systems
• Has a university degree
• Has experience in working in a managerial position
• Knows English language enabling easy communication
• Is creative, has the ability to make decisions
• Has very good analytical and inference skills

• Organization of warehouse activities, ensuring a high degree of order fulfillment with good quality and punctuality
• Operating warehouse automation processes (automated inventory management systems, robotics, automation software)
• Measuring and reporting results
• Continuous improvement of processes to streamline logistics operations
• Planning, monitoring and evaluating teams
• Ensuring a high level of quality of logistics operations
• Close cooperation with warehouse operations planners
• Control of all activities in the field of warehouse management
