Key Competencies:
1. End-to-End Warehouse Operations
- Managing e-commerce and FMCG warehousing, from inbound logistics to order fulfillment and outbound distribution.
- Coordinating operations across multiple facilities while maintaining seamless workflows and minimizing downtime.
- Implementing advanced inventory management strategies to ensure 99%+ accuracy rates.
- Managing high SKU volumes for e-commerce and perishable goods using.
- Aligning warehouse operations with cargo-partner’s integrated logistics services to enhance client supply chains.
- Reducing lead times and operational costs through process improvement and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Delivering excellence in customer service by ensuring timely order fulfillment and reducing errors.
- Supporting strategic clients by customizing solutions to meet unique warehousing needs.
- Integrating warehouse management systems (WMS) with e-commerce and logistics platforms for seamless operations.
6. Compliance and Safety Standards
- Ensuring full adherence to HACCP, ISO, and other global standards for FMCG and warehousing.
- Leading safety initiatives and conducting regular compliance audits in line with cargo-partner’s protocols.
- Building and managing dynamic teams while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Developing employee skills through training aligned with cargo-partner’s career growth initiatives.
