- Studies: higher education, technical/economic;
- Experience in field - minimum 2 years;
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) in both English (B2/C1) and Romanian;
- Use PC in efficient manner;

- Self-organizing capacity and punctuality;
- Capability to control budgets;
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines ahead of Maintenance Dpt.

- Coordinate and monitor the execution of the sites management activities - including but not limited to electrical, water distribution, life safety, fire services, security access control, computer room, small repairs, etc;(you don’t need to be and expert but you will need to manage situations😊);
- Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras);
- Maintaining the relationship with suppliers, managing contracts, invoices (CTP, RSVTI, etc);
- Coordinate, supervise cleaning team (train, guide and evaluate the staff, prepare attendance);
- Supervise security team and maintain contact with provider;
- Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations;
- Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling;
- Track inventory levels of necessary products;
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses;
- Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors;
- Act as a Project Manager to ensure that all assigned projects are delivered within agreed scope, on time, and within budget, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner;
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
