Perform inward / outward vessels' clearances
Coordinate with Port ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︈︄Authorities smooth vessels' call in port
Ensures the good functioning of the operation of the ship in port
Provides assistance for other operations such as crew change, medical assistance, etc
Coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally
