We are looking for a new colleague with:

Bachelor's degree in business communications, foreign languages or a related field
>3 years of experience in BPO, shared services, coordination role
Experience in HR (recruitment & training) is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in market research, it's a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Fluency in English; Ukrainian (or Russian) or any additional language skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Providing the Client with a valuable final product in the form of well-written, truthful, and important information ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈in Mystery Shopper questionnaires.

Team coordination:

Manage the relationship with the collaborators who perform the validation and translation activities for our Mystery shopping projects
Keep a real time data base with all the collaborators, their availability to perform validation (days / hours per day), workload and language skills
Communicate continuously with the Project Managers to find out the need of validation and translation for the projects in field
Allocate the appropriate number of validators, with required language skills, for each project, to cover the timely and accurate validation of questionnaires
Respond proactively to any additional requirements from the Project managers regarding validation or any unforeseen situations that require language skills
Support additional translations of different files into local languages, according to needs

Recruitment & training:

Coordinate with HR to ensure a sufficient number of collaborators, with various language skills, able to validate all the questionnaires resulted from mystery shopping (or other research) projects at the INTL division level
Perform onboarding of the new collaborators
Train new collaborators regarding job requirements, project criteria and instructions interpretation and application, platform utilization etc.
Train new Project Managers in Mystery shopping platform utilization
