Candidatul Ideal
- Excellent English language skills in both speaking and writing (B2 proficiency or higher);
- Communication and customer-service skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications;
- Prior work experience in customer service or a related field (recommended, but not mandatory);
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with others towards common goals;
- Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach;
- Attention to detail.
You will work with the Travel Agent team from our location in Iasi and you will benefit from a 6-week on-site training program which will help you develop the required skills and knowledge to successfully assist our clients.

- As part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for various tasks, including:
- Engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, or chat services;
- Handling inquiries, reservations, changes to itineraries, and payments;
- Offering recommendations for appropriate destinations, travel dates, and costs based on clients' preferences;
- Working closely with the cruise line and be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on travel arrangements and answering any questions or concerns;
- Using booking systems and software to secure holidays and manage clients travel plans;
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.
