Transport Planner- Lehliu Gara

• University degree;
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written);
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Microsoft Office package knowledge;
• Experienced in Bursa Transporturilor
• SAP knowledge's is an advantage;
• Knowledge of logistics and primary accounting (legislation related to invoices);
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build great working relationships;
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Identifying and onboarding potential transport service providers;
• Managing databases of transport companies and suppliers;
• Plan, organize, and ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀coordinate shipments, including booking shipments and drawing up necessary transport documents;
• Negotiation of transport costs, both external and domestic markets;
• Confirms to back-office , based on demand, the transport capacity;
• Exchange of information with back-office and production planning to optimize the transport plan;
• Responsible of Transport development processes ;
• Provides emergency transport (special transport, express courier);
• Organizes the transports in the best conditions, respecting the quality and terms required by the company's standards;
• Ensures and prepares all the necessary documents and obtains all the documents for the legal circulation on public roads;
• Enter in the SAP computer system all the information regarding the contracted transports;
• Prepares correctly the transport orders, as well as the loading-unloading instructions, including their delivery to the carrier;
• Monitoring and optimization of transport processes for efficiency and resource utilization;
• Managing databases of transport companies and suppliers and transport authorizations and oversized runs;
