Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating trade marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities and contribute to the growth and profitability of our retail franchise network

- Experience in trade planning, trade marketing communication, and market analysis.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques.
- General understanding of the Romanian business environment, particularly the promo segment.
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Experience using Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to work with reports and conduct data analysis.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and provide strategic recommendations.
- High resistance to stress and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or a commercial role within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in developing and executing the promotional strategy.
- Implement and optimize trade marketing processes and workflows between involved stakeholders.
- Assist in developing the annual Trade Marketing Masterplan.
- Create promotional briefs for the Commercial team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Stock Management, Logistics, Loss Prevention, Support Office, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
- Innovate and bring creative ideas to enhance the trade marketing plan.
- Conduct market analysis and generate reports to support leadership decisions on trade marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on promo analysis to improve future promotional actions.
- Develop and propose scenarios and tactics to meet business objectives in the most efficient manner.
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager with reports, analysis, and market studies for various projects and programs.
- Communicate effectively within the company’s organizational structure.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager to ensure the successful implementation of company strategies within legal guidelines.
