Technical Support

You must have technical education,
Have excellent technical knowledge,
Have experience with customer service in automotive industry,
Have experience with specific automotive industry related IT systems,
You are service oriented with very high eloquence and ability to transfer know-how in action,
Proficiency both in Romanian and English (German is not mandatory, but beneficial).

The key objective of this position is to offer full technical support to our dealer network for all technical questions.
︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀You will be responsible for the implementation of a specialized IT system to track all technical issues.
You will be the key contact person to communicate with BMW Headquarter Service department.
In addition, you will be expected to offer assistance to customers in cases of Service and Warranty for our dealer network in specific complaint problems technical solutions.
