Candidatul Ideal
We are looking for a Technical support Specialist to join our team! You will be working alongside the team established in Iasi, in a hybrid setting. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems within the telecommunications sector.
Required skills:

MS flow, Python, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics, Web development

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science.
1+ years of experience in the telecommunications, fixed line or VOIP ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂preferred.
1+ years of experience working in a TNS team in the high-tech industry preferred.
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office products.
Data analysis experience and strong Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tool knowledge are a plus.
Comfortable working cross functionally with program managers, analysts, engineering, data scientists.
Comfortable participating in meetings with senior team members and customers
Excellent spoken and written English.
Assessment of service issues and assistance in their resolution.
Handling of sensitive data while adhering to strict security and privacy rules.
