Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog SEO Spider or similar.
- Familiarity with structured data implementation (schema.org) for enhancing search visibility.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement solutions to improve crawl efficiency, indexation, and organic search visibility across multiple websites and technologies.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and on-page elements for search engines.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site speed optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement link building and interlinking strategies.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend actionable insights.

A group of courageous students founded eJobs because they wanted to innovate the classic recruitment method that used newspaper ads. Today, more than 20 years later, we continue to innovate the recruitment industry.
