• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Construction, Building Services, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical specifications and provide solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle project timelines and deliverables.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications, and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and trends related to construction and building services.

Responsibilities
• Promote company products and solutions from the portfolio to architects, specialized project designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈Present and recommend height safety systems, annual inspection services, and tailored solutions to potential clients.
• Provide technical support, including product specifications and solutions, to existing partners and clients, ensuring they have the knowledge to implement and maintain the products.
• Prepare and negotiate tailored offers, contracts, and pricing, and oversee contract execution to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain weekly reports detailing sales activities, client interactions, and achievements, aligning with the company’s sales strategy.
• Actively represent and promote the company’s products and brand image at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Will conduct annual inspections for height safety systems and issue reports upon conformity mentioning issues and recommendations.
• Assist partners in construction site visits, to identify needed products and help with technical advices in discussions with site engineers and project managers.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and business opportunities.
• Keep updated on industry standards, innovations, and competitor offerings to provide relevant and competitive solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and assessments to verify correct product usage and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide client feedback for continuous product development.
