- Act as front-line manager: allocate tasks, managing the floor force in achieving day to day metrics, act as first ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︈︅point of contact and escalation.
- Primarily responsible to ensure process SLA are met or exceeded.
- Motivates and persuades others to common goals.
- Monitors and, whenever required, prepares, the necessary management reports.
- Deploy and monitor the QMS according to requirements.
- Identifies and promotes process improvement projects.
- Maintains constant communication with the teams through individual and group channels to ensure any potential roadblocks to the team’s performance are pro-actively identified and removed
