Team Leader with English (Work from office)

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a Call Center / BPO environment
• Availability to work from office for a full-time schedule, in shifts covering 8:00 - 3:00, Monday-Sunday
• Excellent level of English (both written and verbal)
• Good attitude, motivation and communication skills
• Excellent attention to details and active listening skills
• Minimum BAC degree completed
• Availability for a work-from-office model: 100% in-office presence (Bucharest, AFI Park offices)

• Monitor and evaluate team activity concerning reviews of social media videos and creators' accounts to assess their originality ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂with the policies and guidelines provided
• Stimulate the team using motivational techniques in order to maintain the quality standards required by the account
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the assigned team
• Implement action plans
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team members
• Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
