Team Leader Dispatch

• A completed education at high school or university level or equivalent experience level
• At least 2 years experience with transport dispatching and general cargo transport
• Experience in leadership
• Knowledge of transport documents and knowledge of driving and rest times
• Responsible, committed and stable person with a hands-on mentality
• Ability to work independently, pro-active and quick decision maker
• Pragmatic, able to get to the core of an issue, separating side issues from main issues
• No problem working evenings and weekends on rotation ,when needed
• Good control of the English and Romanian language in word and writing

As team leader dispatch you are end-responsible for the dispatch department. You maintain an
overview over all tasks. You achieve ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁fast identification of deviations in the execution and adjust
accordingly. You achieve the highest production possible whilst maintaining quality. You are
responsible for on-time informing of all stakeholders. You are hands-on involved in all tasks.

The activities include:
• Control the assigning of trucks to trips and control deviations in the order execution
• Control trip instructions for drivers
• Control the desired production level on a weekly basis and adjust capacity accordingly
• Control driving and rest times, eliminating production loss and complying with law
• Dispatcher recruitment, training and evaluation
• Communicate with all involved stakeholders

Timișoara Logistics Solutions (TLS) is an internationally operating trucking company. The company
was founded in 2006. We deploy over 60 trucks and specialize in the delivery of fashion to stores
around Europe. We are most active in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary and of
course Romania. To reduce our environmental impact, all our trucks are EU-6 and part of our fleet is
running on Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). We deploy single drivers as well as teams on our trucks. Our
main office is located in Timișoara, Romania. We have driver facilities in Roosendaal, the Netherlands
and in Deva, Romania.
