🎯 Previous experience in a leadership role within an analytics or business intelligence team.
📚 A strong background in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
💌 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to inspire and motivate a team.
🧙 A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
🌍 Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
🏆 Expertise in reporting and visualization tools in Power BI, by creating them from scratch.
📝 Advanced Excel skills, including power query, VBA, and macros.
📂 Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

As the Team Leader – Analysis Team, you’ll play a key role in driving our analytical processes and guiding a talented team of analysts. Your mission? To ensure high-quality insights, streamline workflows, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
🏆 Leading and mentoring the analysis team to achieve performance goals and personal development.
📊 Overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business objectives.
🤝 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
🔄 Optimizing analytical tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
📈 Monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring alignment with company goals.
💡 Driving innovation and continuous improvement in data analysis practices.
📂 Gathering, cleaning, and interpreting large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
📊 Designing, reviewing, and improving dashboards, KPI reports, and other reporting solutions to provide meaningful insights to the business. Using tools such as Power BI, or Excel to communicate key metrics effectively.
🔄 Identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes and recommending automation solutions.
🎨 Managing and delivering complex reporting projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines.
