TAX Specialist

• A master’s degree
• Previous experience in Tax processing from 5 to 10 years
• Fluency in English is a must, Italian is a plus
• Good knowledge of Romanian Tax law and up to dated

-Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂tax returns and filed returns and forms in a timely manner;
-Review operations and procedures to ensure compliance with local statutes and regulations and identifies opportunities for tax savings;
-Monitored tax return deadlines, requested payments and reconciled all Consolidated VAT from Projects;
-Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation
-Ensure that corporate tax-return preparation meets all regulatory requirements
-Assist in developing business and investment strategies for an optimized tax return
-Remain up to date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws
-Transfer Pricing Analysis.
-Conduct research on tax compliance issues at the local and national levels;
-Resolve tax issues, respond to tax assessments, assist in audit and apply for refunds.
