- Experience in IT
- Experience in Microsoft 365
- Initial experience in the implementation of global IT projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Good written and spoken English skills
- German language skills would be a plus

- Ensuring and support of the global IT-ServiceDesk
- Receiving, handling and solving incidents and service requests
- Administration, installation and securing of our Windows system landscape
- 1st level support for our operational software and hardware faults (servers, clients, smartphones)
- 2nd level support of our IT infrastructure including the virtual system environment
- Administration and configuration of our Microsoft 365 environment
- Maintaining documentation and ongoing knowledge transfer
- Support for global IT projects
