We are looking for:
- A result-oriented person, adaptable to various situations and tasks, able to identify problems and to apply the best solutions;
- Passion for IT and technical challenges;
- A minimum of 2 years experience, solid IT background and/or certifications in the field (Microsoft 365, ITIL, Cisco, etc.);
- Good knowledge in networking and PC management;
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, standards, and frameworks (preferably NIS2 and ISO 27001).
- Good understanding and experience in configuring and troubleshooting of server and networking services;
- Good knowledge and/or experience with both Windows and Linux server and Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V/Proxmox) environments;
- Good knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration;
- Familiar with hardware/software/networking diagnostic and monitoring tools;
- Proven ability to manage and support CRM/ERP solutions (client-server);
- Experience managing and maintaining VOIP systems, video walls, surveillance cameras, and videoconferencing equipment.

The responsibilities of the IT Support Helpdesk Technician include but are not limited to:
- Install and configure desktop and server systems including hardware, OS and applications;
- Implement and troubleshoot network infrastructures;
- Configure, monitor and troubleshot windows / linux server systems;
- Hardware and software diagnostics and resolution for servers, desktops, notebooks, networking, video walls, videoconferinces, phones and peripheral equipment;
- Address incidents, monitor ticket queue, and coordinate with others in service support team;
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, implementing best practices to safeguard organizational systems;
- Actively contribute to projects for achieving NIS2 and/or ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring adherence to regulatory and standard requirements;
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and security;
- Provide good customer service at all times, striving to exceed client and business expectations;
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring efficient use of resources and seamless integration across organizational tools;
- Manage, support, and troubleshoot video wall systems, fixed telephony (VOIP), video surveillance systems, and videconferencing solutions.
- Provide support and maintenance for CRM/ERP client-server solutions;
- Correct and complete documentation in all incidents and service requests from the ticketing platform, with accurate description of all the troubleshooting steps followed including resolution.
- Lead and coordinate a small team within the IT department;
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure seamless operations;
- Provide exceptional support to the client’s internal users, maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism;
- Performs other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
