Supervisor Equipment Shop

• Over 3 years of professional experience in the construction and development of special equipment;
• Deep knowledge of modern production and assembly technology;
• Practical knowledge of automation technology;
• Experience in coordinating a team;
• Independent, structured way of working and process-oriented thinking;
• Confident communication at all levels of collaboration;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced written and spoken English; German is a plus.

• Develops the team and coordinates the equipment workshop;
• Responsible for the car park and workshop;
• Develop, improve and maintain ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈the equipment workshop;
• It deals with project management for projects with a technical focus, taking into account quality, costs and deadlines;
• Responsible for the production of individual parts and the procurement of components and materials;
• Monitors the assembly of equipment and their implementation in production;
• It improves the processes of existing systems and optimizes serial processes;
• Analyze new manufacturing processes for streamlining and solving technical tasks;
• Continuously develops production technologies and expands digitization;
• Defines the production process and layout;
• Consult the R&D team on design for manufacturing and assembly;
• Make decisions regarding the design of the assembly line;
• Responsible for the management of technical changes;
• Responsible for the handover process to the process owner.
