- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc. Conduct
- annual performance appraisals to assess training needs.
- Deal with all issues that arise from employees or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager in the cosmetic industry
- Diploma or Certificate in aesthetics or make-up.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of English in both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Italian will be considered as a plus.
