Stock Control Specialist

1. University Graduate
2. English- minimum B2
3. Minimum 2-year experience in Stock Control or Accounting in Store Management or similar field (preferably in Retail sector)

1. Manages the entire process of carriage of products shipped from Turkey up until they are received by individual stores in the relevant country in cooperation with Logistics Department,
2. Ensures that products are shipped to individual stores in a timely and complete way,
3. Checks whether products have been delivered to the right store after shipment or not,
4. If not delivered to the right store, to coordinate the matter with Logistics Department for making sure that products concerned are transferred to the relevant store,
5. Checks whether products shipped to individual stores are properly placed in the relevant store’s stock or not,
6. Keeps in contact with Logistics Department, carriage company and individual stores for making sure that shipment controls are properly done for products concerned,
7. If any problem is faced in regard to customs procedures, gets in contact with Logistics Department for checking the re-shipment process of products concerned,
8. Gets in contact with Central Accounting Department after shipment of products to the relevant store for handling the invoice follow-up and thus ensures that invoice concerned is passed to Accounting Department in the relevant country
9. Takes action for the prevention of shoplifting in individual stores
10. Makes post-inventory reportings for individual stores
11.Reconciliates information related to physical stock and related to the stock value to ensure consistencu between retail stores, warehouse, stock management application and accounts’ balances;
12. Managing and controlling the primary documentation related to merchandise operations (import entries and local sales, internal transfers, price changes, promotions, damaged and missing goods, write-offs) and to stock inventory;
