Sr. Technical SEO Specialist

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical-related field like computer science or engineering.
• Hands-on SEO experience of +5 years in an SEO Technical Specialist or Analyst position (or another similar technical role, ideally in an agency setup, juggling multiple clients)
• Strong experience working with large data sets and advanced formulas in Excel and Google Sheets (Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript (and, optionally, PHP and SQL)
• Experience with “the tools of the trade” such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Moz, SEOmonitor, Screaming Frog, or other similar technical tools
• Familiariaty with the most popular CMS such as WordPress, Magento, Prestashop, or Shopify
• A deep curiosity about how Google and search engines work
• A genuine passion for SEO and staying “in-the-know,” keeping up to date with relevant news in the field (tools, best practices, new features)

• Fluent in English (as you’ll be working on national and international projects too)
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills
• Optional: studies in data analysis or programming / IT can be a plus, but they are by no means mandatory
• Experience in leadership roles and/or fostering the professional development of team members would be a strong asset.

• Solid project and time management skills and the ability to work independently and in a remote team environment, where communication is key

• You will strategize and execute the technical part of clients’ SEO strategies
• You will work on different aspects of SEO and solve complex problems regarding targeting, accessibility, indexing – to name a few – that have a real impact on the clients’ performance
• You will constantly track and make decisions that improve SEO performance and KPIs, looking for new organic growth opportunities
• You will put together useful monthly reports and easy-to-understand case studies for the team and for the clients
