Social Media Specialist

• Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools like Meta Ads Library etc.
• Ability to write compelling content in Romanian.
• Excellent organizational skills for planning and reporting.
• Familiarity with community management.
• Good knowledge about local and international film industry.

• Content Creation and Planning
• Manage posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Create a weekly social media calendar.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing & PR colleagues.
• Prepare posts focusing on awareness, information, conversion and entertainment content.Publishing and Scheduling
• Publish or schedule posts on platforms based on defined frequenciesCommunity and Lead Management
• Monitor and respond to comments/messages on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Reports and Analytics
• Prepare a monthly social media performance report.Media Plan and Campaign Management
• Execute approved media plans and ensure posts are scheduled and published.
• Work with influencers and coordinate post boosting with the digital agency.
