• Management of all procurement and logistics related with the site activities ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀of the PROJECT.
• Advising PROJECT team on Country-specific legislations, formalities and practices regarding procurement and logistics operations including imports, customs, transportation, handling, etc.
• Liaising with PROJECT team to ensure any requirements for procurement support are identified, approved and procured in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Sourcing new vendors and subcontractors and preparing procurement support documents.
• Establishing and maintaining asset and inventory registry, including equipment allocation & maintenance
