SITE MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

• Experience as site manager in automotive industry
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing manufacturing and assembly processes in the automotive or automation sector.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, standards, and technologies.
• Experience with supplier selection, technical auditing, and performance monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams (mechanics, electricians, programmers) and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in project management and quality control systems (e.g., ISO standards).
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software tools. (SAP)
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
• Willing to travel

• Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the ︁︈​︁︁︆​︈︉​︈manufacturing site, including production, quality control, staffing, equipment, and logistics.
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and operational efficiency targets. Ensure the facility meets production timelines without compromising quality.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of operators, supervisors, and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and facilitate training programs to ensure continuous development and team cohesion.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency. Promote the use of lean manufacturing principles.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and promote a safety-first culture.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures and ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards. Address any product quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the operational budget, ensuring effective cost control. Monitor expenses, track KPIs, and report financial performance to senior management.
• Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational. Minimize downtime by ensuring timely repair and preventive maintenance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the manufacturing site and corporate leadership. Report on operational performance, challenges, and progress on strategic initiatives.
