Candidatul Ideal

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering or University Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (highly recommended but not mandatory).
  • Min. 6 months of experience with SIP. Hands-on experience with protocol interaction, including tracing and analyzing logs.
  • Experience working in a customer’s environment to collect information, perform configuration changes, apply software fixes and similar activities.
  • Must understand the complexities of the products and environments being deployed.
  • In-depth, hands-on experience with Telecommunications equipment (e.g., Voice & UC technologies, Data networking equipment, PSTN protocols, VOIP protocols, TCP/IP, MS Servers infrastructure, Cloud etc.)
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

About the Role:
  • The Engineer is part of the Services organization, Tier 2 team.
  • The focus of this position ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁is to provide live technical assistance to customers, Data Networking and Voice-over-IP (VOIP) gateways, IP Phones.
Tasks:
  • Remote online sessions.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging..
  • Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction
  • Performing various configuration changes as per existing procedures.
Advantages:
- Working with Microsoft Unified Communications solutions (TEAMS).
- SBC experience, Working with Sonus Networks, Acme Packets, Avaya, Cisco, Patton, Sangoma technologies or solutions.
- Data Networking and Telephony In-depth experience.
- Working in an OEM/Vendor or Service Provider, dealing with Telephony, ACD, PBX, Voice Communication systems or solutions.
