Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on company equipment.
- Ensure mechanical operations and controls are maintained to high quality standards.
- Manage inventory of equipment, materials, and tools, ensuring proper storage and order.
- Provide installation, dismantling, maintenance, and repair services.
- Follow producer recommendations for equipment maintenance and repair.
- Coordinate timely inspections by certified third parties as required by law.
- Visit client sites to troubleshoot and repair faulty machinery.
- Advise customers on equipment usage and operation.
- Monitor and coordinate spare parts deliveries.
- Ensure equipment is in good condition before delivery and after return.
- Register and manage parts in the ERP system, ensuring accurate inventory.
- Conduct control measurements and determine part wear.
- Adhere to safety standards when working with flammable liquids and parts.
- Register new equipment with ISCIR and/or CNCIR promptly.
- Act as RSVTI Inspector, ensuring timely equipment supervision.
- Train and examine service personnel annually according to technical prescriptions.
- Coordinate service teams to ensure timely task completion.Communicate with ISCIR and CNCIR, submitting required documents as per legislation.
