Role Description:
As our new Service Intelligence Analyst you will
- Be part of the Data analytics team- providing insights / intelligence to help various collaborators make an informed decision and manage services.
- Work with people in many areas, Business and Tech across the globe
- Work on evolving framework and data sets, not on a steady set of data.
- Work with Snowflake, Tableau and PowerBI
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that not only service stability exists within Data & Analytics (D&A) infrastructures to meet current and future business demands, but also service continues to operate within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Work with Service Intelligence Data Engineers on developing, implementing and maintaining data collection systems for various data sources e.g. Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana (ELK) stack, Grafana, DataDog, CloudHealth, Snowflake Data Warehouse
- Leverage data analysis/visualization tools e.g. Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop, Microsoft PowerBI on service-related data sets to collaborate closely with various groups such as Development, Operations, and Product across the globe to
- Define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate service status
- Review the service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions
- Analyze both client-level and system-level usage data and be able to provide insights and recommendations
- Provide regular reports to key partners to communicate the current status and drive actions to a timely closure
