Senior Financial Analyst

This role is responsible for providing timely financial analysis and management reporting / support for our business unit and manufacturing ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀location in Cluj-Napoca.

This includes ensuring there is continued excellent financial control, planning and analysis in addition to assisting the management team meeting the plant objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Assist with detailed analysis and reporting to aid the development and execution of plant’s plans and strategies – including assisting in the preparation of Annual Budgets, quarterly POR, monthly risk assessments, Profitability Reviews, Presidents’ Councils.
* Responsible for accurate recording, reporting, analysis, and review of plant manufacturing costs in compliance with group and statutory regulations.
* Active participation in month end close routines, ensuring major variances are understood, investigated and explained to management, and month end deliverables are met in an accurate and timely manor.
* Prepare monthly P&L bridges and related analysis.Own headcount reporting, and liaise with HR on any related matters.
* Prepare capex spend analysis, track against the AR budget and own related reporting.Assist in various cost updates for inventory and any related analysis, as required.
* Review the cost centre reports and balance sheet account reconciliations.
* Key player in the interaction with internal and external audits for the review of the site’s financial records.
* Provide routine and ad-hoc reports as required by the FP&A Manager or other team members.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Experience in accounting and financial analysis.
* Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
* Excellent accounting knowledge and communication skills.
* Advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Excellent IT skills inc. Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle and HFM is an advantage.
