(Senior) Datacenter Technician (m/w/d)

• You have completed technical training and/or already have extensive experience in the maintenance of technical equipment or machines
• You are familiar with computer hardware and components
• You have extensive experience in supporting IT devices or related technologies
• You have experience in a productive, mission-critical 24x7x365 data center environment
• You have certifications e.g. in CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+) or Basic Structure Cabling (BSC)
• You are willing to constantly develop your technical skills and are characterized by confident and efficient communication skills
• You are physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift and work at height frequently, with or without the support of equipment

• Willingness to relocate to Germany
• Openness to being on call to carry out emergency repairs or system-critical updates
• Fluency in German and English

• As part of the starter team, you will receive exclusive onboarding training - first-hand directly from Microsoft experts
• You will assist in setting up the physical infrastructure of the data center on site
• You will be responsible for the installation, replacement and troubleshooting of cables and hardware
• You work with data carriers such as hard disks, solid state drives, etc.
• You will work in a ticket-based environment
• You use forklifts or other tools to move equipment
• Assist the Data Center Inventory and Asset Management Teams (DIAT) with shipping and receiving products and inventory management as needed
