We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist ︁︀︂︃︃︉︆︆︄to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will be responsible in process a wide variety of maintenance related activities between Honeywell and customers, analyses and take the necessary steps to resolve disputes and creating project structures. To be successful in this role, you will have advanced language skills for Dutch. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
Key Responsibilities:
•Records all customer interactions into a CRM
•Maintains acceptable call evaluation requirement, KPIs & VOC
•Resolves customer issues and provides technical support and client counselling
•Handling email, inbound & outbound calls with requirements from both DUTCH customer and district staff
•Registers problems reported in SalesForce.Com or FX (SFDC Case management/Field Centrix)
