Senior building engineer - electrical systems (m/f/d)

• Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical systems or comparable education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the planning of energy and building technology systems and installations in the ELT trade
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs and common planning software in the specialist area
• Structured, independent and thorough way of working
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills

• Planning of energy and building technology systems in the ELT trade based on work phases 1 to 7 of ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁the HOAI
• Independent processing of technical concepts, technical planning and tendering of systems and installations in the specialized trade
• Participation in the planning team in the realisation of planning projects in energy and building technology
• Communication and coordination with specialist engineers and technical system planners to jointly develop a technical solution
• Independent and active tracking of deadlines and costs for the respective specialized planning
• Coordination with clients, building owners, architects, specialist planners, representatives of authorities, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant laws, ordinances, standards and regulations in planning
• Management of small to medium-sized projects in the department
