Senior Accountant

Essential knowledge and requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (Master's degree will be considered an advantage).
* Over 3 years of professional work experience in the accounting industry
* In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Experience in general ledger management, financial reporting and account reconciliation
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel;
* Very good knowledge of the English language;
* Knowledge of the Italian language can be a plus;

Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities such as general ledger management, financial reporting and account reconciliation;
* Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring invoices are properly processed, approved and paid;
* Conduct regular bank account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and discrepancies are resolved;ensure compliance with all local, national and international tax laws and regulations;
