Candidatul Ideal
- University Degree in Accounting or Economics is a must (economic post high school degree accepted);
- Good knowledge of general accounting;
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus;
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel) and Outlook;
- Proficient in English;
- Team-player with high ethical standards;

Descrierea jobului
- Statutory Accounting: expenses and revenues, fixed assets, stocks, treasury, loans, contracts etc.;
- Ensure the correct ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈recording of company’s transactions in accordance with local laws and regulations, company’s policies and procedures;
- Ensure the closing requirements are met in line with corporate requirements and schedule;
- Prepare tax declaration and ensure tax fillings for VAT, Intrastate, others local taxes for Romania;
- Review the monthly general ledger reconciliations completed by accounting team are correct and asses the appropriate actions for the differences; performs the reconciliation of local vs. Group accounts;
- Prepare VAT, intra-community declaration and Informative declaration regarding the deliveries/ services and purchases made on the national territory;
- Monthly closing operations;
- Interaction with external auditors in completing audits;
- Help in coordinating and monitoring the entire activity of the financial department;
- Other tasks as they may arise in the department’s activity.
