Candidatul Ideal

Education and Experience:
  • University Degree in Accounting or Economics is a must (economic post high school degree accepted);
  • Good knowledge of general accounting;
  • Experience with an ERP system is a plus;
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel) and Outlook;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Team-player with high ethical standards;

Descrierea jobului

The main responsibilities include:
  • Statutory Accounting: expenses and revenues, fixed assets, stocks, treasury, loans, contracts etc.;
  • Ensure the correct ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈recording of company’s transactions in accordance with local laws and regulations, company’s policies and procedures;
  • Ensure the closing requirements are met in line with corporate requirements and schedule;
  • Prepare tax declaration and ensure tax fillings for VAT, Intrastate, others local taxes for Romania;
  • Review the monthly general ledger reconciliations completed by accounting team are correct and asses the appropriate actions for the differences; performs the reconciliation of local vs. Group accounts;
  • Prepare VAT, intra-community declaration and Informative declaration regarding the deliveries/ services and purchases made on the national territory;
  • Monthly closing operations;
  • Interaction with external auditors in completing audits;
  • Help in coordinating and monitoring the entire activity of the financial department;
  • Other tasks as they may arise in the department’s activity.
