Skills and attributes for success
- Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above
- Good command of Excel
To qualify for the role you must have
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance, or a related field
- Good knowledge of SAP Concur
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support
- Are inquisitive, confident and flexible – you thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
- Have a close attention to detail and a global mindset
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with ERP systems and integration with SAP Concur

Your key responsibilities

- Oversee the submission of expense reports through SAP Concur
- Review and verify expense reports for accuracy ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂and compliance with company policies and process reimbursements to employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the SAP Concur system to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ensure all expenses adhere to the company's travel and expense policy and assist in updating and refining expense policies as needed
- Communicate with employees regarding any discrepancies or violations of the expense policy
- Provide training and support to employees on how to use SAP Concur for expense reporting
- Assist with the month-end close process by reconciling expense report data
- Act as the primary contact for SAP Concur support
